Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we can pass the savings onto our customers.
1. Return is accepted within 7 days after the buyer’s receiving the item. And item must be still in brand new and unworn condition, no stains to perfume.
2. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your payment.
3. Include your name, address, item, daytime telephone, how you paid, and if you are requesting a refund or exchange.
4. After getting the returned item, we will refund the customer at the item’s price ( excluding the shipping costs to and from ).
5. For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged. For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
